
Three C’s
Collaboration, Communication, and Coordination (3 C’s) are done via VoIP, video conferencing and email. VoIP has proven to be an effective tool for CAD outsourcing and has given us the ability to communicate with clients as often as we need to. For the convenience of our clients, we have local U.S. phone numbers that connect directly to us in the Philippines. With our dedicated E1 leased lines – collaboration, communication, and coordination should be no problem at all.
Quality
Our commitment is to provide high quality CAD drawings by consistently improving our processes and our systems. Performance is measured against internal quality metrics, as well as customer response. Quality is assured through a Quality Management System (QMS). Our 3 level QMS lays out the conventions, procedures and working practices to be followed.
Skills
Our team consists of licensed professionals who can deliver any project within an agreed timeline. We assign a Team Leader to coordinate with the client and to maintain standards. We also have a Project Architect to do a final quality check before submission to the client.
